We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a deep understanding of RPA methodologies, and has a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale automation initiatives. You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable RPA solutions. Your role will involve end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initial assessment and design to development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development.
- Expertise in at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism) with relevant certifications.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, C#, Python, or Java.
- Experience with process analysis, design, and documentation (PDD, SDD).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
