Melville Agency is hiring a Marketing & Communications Specialist. Drive our brand story, create compelling content, and engage our audience in automation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including writing blog posts, case studies, and website copy.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
- Create and deploy email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients.
- Support the promotion of webinars, events, and other thought leadership initiatives.
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and SEO optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, consulting) to develop marketing collateral.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.

You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies.
You will be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities, including content creation (blog posts, case studies, social media updates), email marketing, website management, and supporting our event and webinar promotions. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, excellent writing skills, and a passion for technology and automation. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and benefit-driven messaging will be key to your success. This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to make a direct impact on our agency's growth and market perception.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or communications, preferably in tech or consulting.
- Proven track record in content creation (writing, editing) and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and social media best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling marketing messages.
- Experience with CMS platforms (like Webflow) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
