Business Process Analyst (Automation Focus)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed current-state process analysis, mapping workflows, and identifying inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and document comprehensive business requirements for automation.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities across various business functions.
  • Design optimized future-state processes, incorporating RPA, AI, and other automation technologies.
  • Create detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) in collaboration with Solution Architects.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to validate requirements and proposed solutions with clients.
  • Support the development and testing phases, ensuring solutions meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on process improvement and automation.
  • Proven ability to map and analyze complex business processes.
  • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
